Recruiting from Pakistan ββ’β Govt. Licensed OEP-0664-RWP
The terms on which Al Abbasi Enterprises provides overseas recruitment services to job seekers and employers — including exactly what we may and may not charge you.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of alabbasienterprises.com and the recruitment services offered through it by Al Abbasi Enterprises, a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter with registered offices at Al Bilal Plaza, Murree Road, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or sending us a CV, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms do not replace any separate written agreement, job contract or employment agreement you sign with us or with an employer. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.
We operate under Overseas Employment Promoter Licence OEPL 0664-RWP, issued by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment. Our activities are governed by the Emigration Ordinance, 1979 and the Emigration Rules, 1979, and are subject to the oversight of the BE&OE and the Protector of Emigrants.
We recruit only against genuine, documented demand from employers, and we process departures only through lawful emigration clearance. We do not arrange, advise on, or assist with irregular migration of any kind.
For job seekers, we may: review your CV against current vacancies; arrange interviews or trade tests with employers; guide you through medical examination, visa and emigration-clearance formalities; and assist with travel arrangements to the destination country.
Registering your details with us does not create an employment relationship between you and Al Abbasi Enterprises. Your employer will be the company named in the employment contract you sign. We act as the licensed intermediary.
This is the section job seekers should read most carefully.
As a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter, we may charge a job seeker only the service charge prescribed by the Government of Pakistan under the Emigration Rules, together with documented third-party costs actually incurred on your behalf — such as government fees, medical examination charges, visa stamping and airfare, where those are payable by the worker under the terms of the job order.
Our commitments to you:
If anyone asks you for money beyond what is prescribed and documented, or asks you to pay into a personal account, do not pay. Report it to us and to the BE&OE.
Overseas employment attracts fraudsters who impersonate licensed agencies. Please protect yourself:
If you are unsure whether a person or offer is genuinely connected to us, telephone our office on 051-4927373 and ask.
For employers, we source, screen, trade-test and mobilise candidates against your documented demand, and we manage Pakistani-side documentation and clearance.
Employers are responsible for providing a valid demand letter, power of attorney and job order attested as required, for offering terms that comply with the labour law of the destination country, and for honouring the contract signed with each worker. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any assignment where terms appear unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with the documents provided.
When you deal with us, you agree that:
Submitting false or forged documents is a criminal offence. It will end your application immediately, and we are obliged to report it to the authorities.
We do not and cannot guarantee that you will be selected for a position, that a visa will be issued, or that emigration clearance will be granted. Selection is the employer’s decision. Visas are issued at the sole discretion of the authorities of the destination country, and emigration clearance at the discretion of the Protector of Emigrants.
Processing times quoted anywhere on this website are indicative only and are not a contractual commitment.
You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with recruitment. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited or fraudulent messages.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. Content such as country information, industry descriptions and processing steps is general guidance and may change without notice.
The content of this website — text, layout, graphics, photographs and the Al Abbasi Enterprises name and logo — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy our content, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of earnings or opportunity arising from a decision taken by an employer or a government authority, for delays caused by third parties such as embassies, medical centres or airlines, or for loss arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or any obligation we owe you under the Emigration Ordinance, 1979.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Rawalpindi and Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you have a complaint, please raise it with us first at info@pakmanpower.com so that we can try to resolve it. Complaints about a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter may also be made to the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Never pay anyone before you have verified who they are. Call our office and we will confirm it in plain language.
