The UAE is our second-largest market. We are a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP-0664-Rawalpindi) supplying screened Pakistani workers to contractors, hotel groups, logistics operators and retail businesses across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates.
UAE demand is broader than in the Kingdom and leans towards services alongside construction. These are the four sectors we are asked for most.
Construction. Civil and MEP crews, finishing trades and site supervision for contractors across the emirates, including fit-out and maintenance work as well as new build.
Hospitality. Hotel and restaurant teams — chefs, kitchen brigades, housekeeping, stewards and front-of-house. Guest-facing roles are screened for language as well as technical ability.
Logistics. Warehouse staff, heavy and light vehicle drivers, dispatch and delivery teams for a sector that runs on reliable licensing and clean records.
Retail. Sales staff, merchandisers, stockroom and support teams for mall and store operators, where presentation and spoken English matter.
UAE recruitment runs from your attested demand letter through sourcing, screening and trade testing, then a medical at an approved centre, entry permit and labour contract registration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). Residence formalities and the Emirates ID follow after arrival. Before departure we complete Protector of Emigrants registration with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, which is required by Pakistani law.
