Our Recruitment Process

A documented journey — from requirement to deployment.

Nine documented stages, from your demand letter to arrival on site — with status updates at every step. Every worker we deploy is screened, trade-tested, medically cleared and registered with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment before departure.

1

Requirement

You send an attested demand letter setting out the roles, headcount, salaries and contract terms. We review it against the destination country’s requirements and confirm what is achievable before sourcing begins.

2

Candidate Search

We source from the network built over 37 years of placing workers across the Gulf, matching each shortlist to the exact trade, experience level and language requirements set out in your demand letter.

3

Screening

Every shortlisted candidate is checked for genuine qualifications, verifiable work history and correct identity documents before progressing — so you never interview an unverified candidate.

4

Trade Test

Skilled candidates complete a hands-on practical test in their trade rather than a paper check alone, assessed against the standard the role actually requires on site.

5

Medical

Candidates attend a GAMCA-approved centre for the medical examination the destination country requires. Only those certified fit proceed, which prevents visas failing later at the embassy stage.

6

Visa Processing

We handle document attestation, embassy submission and visa stamping, then complete Protector of Emigrants registration with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment — a legal requirement before any worker may depart Pakistan.

7

Travel

We arrange ticketing and complete the pre-departure briefing, covering the job, the contract and what to expect in the destination country, so workers travel informed rather than uncertain.

8

Deployment

We coordinate arrival with your team so workers are received and ready to start. Flight details and arrival information are shared in advance, so nothing is left to chance at the airport.

9

Support

Our involvement does not end at the airport. We remain reachable to both employer and worker for documentation, renewals and any issue that arises — in English, Urdu or Arabic.

Guides to each stage. The nine steps above are set out in detail in our guide to hiring workers from Pakistan. Employers should also read writing a demand letter that clears scrutiny and how long the visa really takes. Before engaging anyone, run the checks in choosing a licensed recruitment agency, and check which document route your destination needs in apostille attestation for Gulf jobs.
