Market Detail

Recruiting from Pakistan for each GCC market

Every Gulf market has its own visa route, documentation and sector mix. The figures below are our own deployment record since 1988. Whichever market you are hiring for, the nine-stage process and the sectors we cover stay the same.

Saudi Arabia. Our primary market since 1988 and the destination for more than 32,000 of the workers we have deployed, across 120+ projects. Demand is concentrated in construction, oil and gas, healthcare and hospitality, and continues to be driven by the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programme. Saudi Arabia is also the single largest destination for Pakistani workers nationally.

United Arab Emirates. More than 9,500 workers deployed across 60+ projects, mainly in construction, hospitality, logistics and retail. The UAE is our second-largest market and one of the largest employers of Pakistani labour in the region, with hiring spread across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates.

Qatar. Over 5,200 workers placed across 35+ projects, weighted towards construction, engineering, security and facility management. Infrastructure and maintenance programmes continue to generate steady demand for skilled trades and supervisory staff.

Oman. More than 3,800 workers deployed across 25+ projects, concentrated in oil and gas, manufacturing, construction and logistics. Oman’s energy and industrial sector is the main driver, and roles there often call for certified technical trades rather than general labour.

Bahrain. Over 2,600 workers placed across 18+ projects, largely in hospitality, healthcare, retail and construction. It is a smaller market than its neighbours but a consistent one, with a strong services bias.

Kuwait. More than 2,000 workers deployed across 15+ projects, mainly in construction, oil and gas, manufacturing and security. Requirements tend to come in defined project batches rather than continuous hiring.
