Al Abbasi Enterprises is a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We recruit and deploy Pakistani workers to employers in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Al Abbasi Enterprises. “You” means anyone who visits this website, submits our enquiry form, or sends us a CV.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through alabbasienterprises.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers both audiences we serve:

• Job seekers — Pakistani workers seeking employment abroad
• Employers — companies in Saudi Arabia and the GCC seeking workforce

It does not cover third-party websites you reach by clicking a link from ours, or information you give our staff in person, by telephone or over WhatsApp — that is handled under the same principles but outside this website.

a) Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect: whether you are an employer or a job seeker, your full name, your email address or telephone number, and optionally your company, your trade or skill, a CV file and a message.

A CV you choose to attach may contain further details such as your date of birth, passport number, photograph, qualifications and employment history. Please send only what is necessary — do not include bank details, card numbers or passwords.

b) Information collected automatically. Our hosting server records standard technical data in its logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.

c) What we do not collect. We do not run advertising pixels, analytics trackers or behavioural profiling on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no advertising network code on these pages.

We use your information only for purposes connected to recruitment and to running this website:

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you about it
• To assess a job seeker’s suitability against employer requirements
• To present suitable candidates to prospective employers
• To prepare and process documents required for overseas employment, including protectorate clearance, visa and medical formalities
• To meet our record-keeping and reporting obligations as a licensed OEP
• To keep the website secure and to prevent misuse or fraud

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Recruitment only works if your details reach the people who can offer you a job. We share information with:

• Prospective employers in Saudi Arabia and other GCC states, where your profile matches a vacancy. For job seekers, this is the main purpose of sending us your CV.
• Government authorities, including the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, the Protectorate of Emigrants, and the embassies or consulates of destination countries, where required for emigration clearance and visa processing.
• Approved medical centres and visa processing agents appointed for the destination country.
• Service providers who operate our website and email systems, under a duty of confidentiality.
• Courts, regulators or law enforcement, where we are legally required to do so.

Third-party content on this website. Our Contact page embeds a Google Map, and our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When those load, your IP address is sent to Google, which may set its own cookies. That is governed by Google’s privacy policy, not ours.

Overseas recruitment necessarily involves sending your information abroad. Where you apply for a position in Saudi Arabia or another GCC country, your details — including your CV — will be transferred to the prospective employer and to the relevant authorities in that country.

Data-protection laws in destination countries may differ from those in Pakistan and may offer a different level of protection. By submitting your CV or enquiry you understand that this transfer is necessary for us to provide the service you are asking for. If you would prefer your details not to be shared with employers abroad, please do not submit a CV — contact us by telephone instead.

Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to our office inbox by email. They are not stored in this website’s database.

We keep candidate records and correspondence for as long as is necessary for the purpose they were collected for, and for as long as we are required to retain them under the Emigration Ordinance 1979 and the rules made under it. Where a candidate is not selected, we ordinarily keep the file for up to 24 months so we can consider you for future vacancies, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us:

• This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection
• Access to candidate files and email accounts is limited to authorised staff
• CVs and documents are held in our internal systems and are not published on this website

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, bank account details or payment card numbers to us — we will never ask you for them.

This website uses a small number of cookies, and none of them are for advertising:

• pll_language — remembers whether you chose English or Arabic, so the site opens in your language next time.
• Session and security cookies — set only if you log in to the website as an administrator. Ordinary visitors do not receive these.
• Google cookies — may be set by the embedded Google Map on our Contact page.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using the site, though your language preference will no longer be remembered.

As a matter of policy, and regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your CV and candidate file from our records
• Stop contacting you about vacancies

Write to info@pakmanpower.com with enough detail for us to find your record. We will respond within 30 days, at no charge.

We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it — for example where emigration clearance has already been processed.

Overseas employment through a licensed promoter is open only to adults. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change how we handle applications or add a new service. The date shown at the top of this page is when it was last revised. Where a change is significant we will make that clear here.
