Saudi Arabia has been our primary market since 1988. We are a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP-0664-Rawalpindi) supplying screened, trade-tested Pakistani workers to contractors, energy operators, hospital groups and hotel operators across the Kingdom.
Saudi Arabia is the single largest destination for Pakistani workers, and demand is concentrated in a handful of sectors. These are the four we are asked for most often in the Kingdom.
Construction. Civil, MEP and finishing crews at scale — masons, steel fixers, shuttering carpenters, plumbers and site supervisors. This is where most Vision 2030 and giga-project demand sits, and where employers most often need numbers at short notice.
Oil & Gas. Safety-cleared specialists for refineries, plants and pipeline work: pressure and pipe welders, pipefitters, riggers, scaffolders and mechanical technicians, with certification and safety records verified before presentation.
Healthcare. Nurses, technicians and allied medical staff for hospitals and clinics. Healthcare roles carry their own registration requirements in the Kingdom, which we check before candidates travel rather than after.
Hospitality. Hotel, culinary and front-of-house teams — chefs, kitchen staff, housekeeping, stewards and reception. Language ability is screened explicitly alongside technical skill.
Recruitment for the Kingdom follows a defined chain. It begins with your attested demand letter and moves through candidate sourcing, screening, practical trade testing and a GAMCA-approved medical, then document attestation, Saudi embassy visa stamping and biometric enrolment. Before anyone may leave Pakistan we complete Protector of Emigrants registration with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, which is a legal requirement, not an optional step.
