Work visa processing and Protector registration

We process Gulf work visas for the workers we recruit: document attestation, embassy submission and visa stamping, biometric enrolment, and registration with the Protector of Emigrants before departure. We are a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter in Rawalpindi (OEP-0664-Rawalpindi), and we attend the Protector appointment with every worker, as the law requires.

What's Included

What this stage covers

Visa processing starts once an employer’s visa authorisation exists. Until then, no agency can legitimately place a worker against it.

Attestation. Your certificates and the employer’s documents attested in the right order. Technical certificates go through the provincial technical board and NAVTTC, not the higher education authority.

Embassy and biometrics. Submission for visa stamping at the embassy or consulate, and biometric enrolment at an authorised centre in Pakistan, which is now a standard requirement.

Protector registration. We appear with you before the Protector of Emigrants. Your Foreign Service Agreement is examined and registered, and the stamp is placed in your passport.

Before you fly. The mandatory pre-departure orientation, ticketing, and arrival coordination with the employer so you are received when you land.

Timelines

How long visa processing takes

For a worker, the full chain typically runs six to twelve weeks from selection to departure. The embassy stage is where timelines most often slip, because it depends on embassy throughput rather than on anything we or the employer control.

Anyone quoting a fixed number without seeing the demand letter, the trade and the visa type is guessing. We give status updates at every stage instead.

FAQ

Visa questions

Can I get a work visa without an employer’s demand letter?
No. Nothing starts until a Gulf employer issues a demand letter and obtains the visa authorisation. If an offer has no employer and no demand letter behind it, there is nothing to process.

Can the Protector stamp be arranged without me attending?
No. Section 15 of the Emigration Ordinance 1979 requires you to appear in person together with the licensed promoter. A worker travelling on an employment visa without registration can be stopped from boarding.

What will I pay?
Recruitment charges for Pakistani workers are regulated by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, and a licensed promoter may only charge the notified amount. The insurance and welfare contributions attached to Protector registration are set by the Government. Ask what each payment is for, and get a receipt.
